Erik Hill is an Anchorage, Alaska photographer. Following four years at the Kansas City Star, he worked from 1984–2017 as a photographer for the Anchorage Daily News. Among his many memorable assignments, his collaborative work with two colleagues documenting the Exxon Valdez oil spill and its aftermath was a fi nalist for the Pulitzer Prize.
